Monitoring the implementation of strategic goals involves:
- the analysis and assessment of the degree of implementation of the respective operational objectives assigned to the strategic objectives contained in the strategic objective cards for three priority areas of development, including: education, research and relations with the environment,
- the measurement and evaluation of achievements listed in the Strategic Scorecard – considering the perspectives of: the client, internal processes, development and finances,
- preparation of annual reports on the implementation of the strategy,
- taking corrective actions in the event of significant deviations from the implementation of the set goals, and in the event of key changes, redefining the strategic and operational goals.
The indicated guidelines for monitoring the implementation of strategic goals are based on the systemic approach in which the respective organizational units of the University participate in the implementation of the set goals, monitor the deviations and measure the effects. They aldo take action in the event of crises (internal or external).
